We specialize in fun, high-quality hand puppets, including our popular Liliful Working Animal Puppets like firefighter lion, doctor dog, police bear, and more. They’re perfect for storytelling, playtime, teaching, and party favors.

2. Are your puppets safe for children?

Yes! All our puppets are made with child-safe materials and are suitable for kids ages 3 and up. However, we always recommend adult supervision for younger children.

3. Do you offer bulk orders or party packs?

Yes, we do! Our puppets make great party favors, classroom tools, and gift bag stuffers. If you're interested in placing a bulk order, please email us at shoppuppetpals@gmail.com for special pricing.

4. Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States. We're working on expanding to international locations soon!

5. How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

6. What is your return policy?

If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in original condition. Please contact us at shoppuppetpals@gmail.com to initiate a return.

7. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

We’re so sorry! Please send us an email with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll resolve it quickly with a replacement or refund.

9. Do you offer gift wrapping?

At the moment, we do not offer gift wrapping, but our puppets come neatly packed and are ready for gifting!
